You may be tired of hearing people say, “Oh, just sleep when the baby sleeps” or “You can forget about ever sleeping again”. Although newborn sleep changes frequently, it’s never too early to start teaching your baby positive sleep habits.
The goal of the newborn package is to educate you on the foundations of newborn sleep and is not meant to help your baby sleep through the night.
Once your baby reaches 3 to 3.5 months of age, the pattern will shift to more formal sleep shaping methods.
You will be executing the plan at your own pace, while still including lots of cuddles, snuggles, and kisses. It’s a NO STRESS, NO PRESSURE kinda vibe.
These programs offer a very gradual approach that leans on your maternal instincts with an added dose of expert support.

WHY IN-HOME SUPPORT?
Because taking care of a newborn can be extremely hard. PERIOD.
Not only are you BARELY sleeping, but you’re worried about how much your baby is eating (is it enough, is it too much), learning your baby's cries, behavioral cues, elimination patterns, and trying to respond to their every need.
On top of that, you have to keep up with household duties and are chasing after your other child(ren).
Allow me to help ease some of your nerves and anxieties by showing you gentle ways to nurture and connect with your baby, while also fulfilling their biological need for sleep.
With the In-home support options you will:
